Agree on the plan
Before building, we confirm the pages, features, supplied content, revision rounds, timeline, and payment schedule in writing.
Set up your accounts
Your domain, hosting, and any payment services are registered to you. You invite us to work on them, and provider charges go to your billing details.
Review and approve
You review the agreed website before launch. We check the layouts, forms, and included connections, then work through the final agreed corrections together.
Launch and deliver
Once the build is complete and the agreed fee is settled, we provide your custom source code, transferable assets, deployment instructions, and a walkthrough of your setup.
We'll explain how updates work for your website during handoff. A visual editor is only included if specified in your package.

Ongoing care from the person who built your website. We handle routine checks and updates, with clear monthly coverage and a separate quote whenever you need something bigger.
Essential Care

Initial response: Within 2 business days
- Up to 2 small update requests each month for existing text, images, links, or contact details.
- Monthly checks of key pages, links, and the contact form, plus a review of dependency and security notices.
- Checks for basic technical SEO issues, with findings and recommended next steps.

Initial response: Within 1 business day
- Up to 4 small update requests each month, including existing product details, promotions, and adjustments to existing sections.
- Essential Care checks, plus checks of agreed booking or payment connections.
- One focused SEO improvement to an agreed existing page each month, such as its title, description, headings, or internal links.
