Security

Practical safeguards and an honest view of their limits.

Updated September 11, 2026

Secure connections

The production website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. Keep your browser up to date and check the website address before entering project information.

Inquiry safeguards

The inquiry endpoint validates fields, limits request sizes, checks request origins, and uses a spam trap and a basic request limit. Email credentials are designed to remain on the server rather than in browser code. These controls reduce some risks; they do not guarantee that abuse or service interruptions can never occur.

Client accounts and access

Client websites are built in accounts they control. Any ongoing access for agreed care work should be authorized by the client. Do not send account passwords or private keys through the inquiry form; access arrangements are handled separately during a project.

Reporting a concern

If you are an existing client, use your established project contact to report a suspected security issue. Include the affected page, what happened, and steps to reproduce the issue without sharing private information. Do not access other people's data or disrupt the service while investigating.

Service scope

This page describes safeguards, not a security certification or a promise of continuous monitoring. The website does not currently provide a bug bounty program or 24/7 emergency response.
