This website presents the web design, development, and optional care services offered by ChispasWeb Studios, a DBA of Arrieta Technologies LLC. Use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt the service, access private systems, or submit abusive or misleading requests.
Sending an inquiry or viewing a package does not place an order or charge your card. We agree the project scope, price, payment schedule, timeline, and revisions in writing before paid work begins. Your signed project agreement governs the work if its details differ from this website.
The agreed custom build and handoff are delivered after completion and settlement of the agreed build fee. Third-party software and licensed assets retain their original license terms. Hosting, domain registration, payment processing, and paid tools are separate provider charges unless your written agreement says otherwise.
Build packages include the stated 30-day correction period for defects against the agreed scope after launch. New features and later third-party changes are separate work. Monthly care is optional and covers the services and limits in the selected plan and written agreement; additional work is quoted for approval. Billing and cancellation arrangements are confirmed before care starts.
SEO setup and improvements do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, or sales. Website availability can be affected by maintenance or third-party outages. A response window describes an initial reply, not a guarantee that every request will be completed within that window.
Our branding and website content are provided to help you evaluate our services. Third-party trademarks and featured work remain subject to their owners' rights.
